Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical business partnering.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets with complex models.
• Experience with headcount planning and operating expense management in a global org.
• Ability to influence decisions through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, forecasting, and management of global operating expense categories (personnel, headcount, T&E, DST).
• Partner with leaders to provide proactive financial guidance and challenge assumptions.
• Drive monthly/quarterly close, accrual reviews, and variance analysis.
• Deliver insightful commentary on performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline analysis and automate reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reports with data visualization for visibility.
• Collaborate with HR and operations to align hiring with forecasts.
• Prepare business reviews with clear financial performance and recommendations.
• Identify and standardize budgeting/forecasting processes across the organization.
