Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Global Opex Finance Manager to own global operating expense planning, including personnel costs, headcount, Travel & Entertainment, and Digital Services Taxes, partnering with leaders to drive informed decisions.

This hybrid FP&A role uses AI tools to accelerate analysis, lead monthly closes and variance analysis, and deliver dashboards and presentations to guide hiring plans and cost management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical business partnering.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and forecasting.
• Experience with headcount planning and operating expense management.
• Ability to partner with leaders and influence decisions using data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools to automate finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, forecasting, and management of global operating expenses.
• Partner with business leaders to provide guidance and drive decisions.
• Lead month-end close, accruals, variance analysis.
• Deliver insightful commentary on performance drivers and risks.
• Automate reporting and dashboards with AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on headcount alignment.
• Prepare business review presentations.
• Identify process improvements across budgeting and forecasting.
