Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills with complex financial models.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities translating data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end planning, forecasting, and management of global operating expense categories (personnel, headcount, T&E, DST).
• Partner with business leaders to provide proactive financial guidance and drive decision making.
• Drive monthly/quarterly close, accrual reviews, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Deliver variance commentary and actionable insights on drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools to streamline analysis and scale planning.
• Automate reporting and develop scalable dashboards with data teams.
• Coordinate headcount planning with HR and operations to align forecasts.
• Prepare business reviews with clear financial performance and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to standardize budgeting and forecasting processes.
