Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Global Opex Finance Manager to join the DSP Finance team.

In this highly visible role, you will own key components of the global operating expense planning process, including personnel costs, headcount, Travel & Entertainment (T&E), and Digital Services Taxes (DST), while partnering closely with business leaders to drive informed financial decisions. This role combines financial planning and analysis, business partnership, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets for complex models.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with headcount planning and operating expense management.
• Experience partnering with business leaders using data-driven analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, forecasting, and management of global operating expense categories.
• Partner with business leaders to provide proactive financial guidance.
• Drive monthly/quarterly close, accrual reviews, and variance analysis.
• Deliver insightful commentary on performance drivers and trends.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline analysis and reporting.
• Automate reporting processes and develop scalable dashboards.
• Manage global headcount planning and align with financial forecasts.
• Prepare business reviews and communicate financial performance and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to standardize budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
