You will partner with business leaders to drive disciplined financial decisions in a fast-moving global environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and experience with global headcount planning.

Qualifications

5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related analytical role.
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets with complex financial models.
Experience with headcount planning and operating expense management.
Experience partnering with business leaders and data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end planning, forecasting, and management of global operating expense categories.
Partner with business leaders to provide proactive financial guidance and insights.
Drive monthly/quarterly close, accrual reviews, and variance analysis.
Deliver commentary on performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Leverage AI tools to streamline analysis and reporting.
Automate reporting with data teams and enhance dashboards.
Manage global headcount planning and align with hiring plans.
Prepare business review presentations with recommendations.
