Job summary

ThinkingIT Corp is seeking an Operations / Workforce Manager to join our team in a dynamic, remote, and global role. The role focuses on optimizing operational processes while ensuring effective workforce management across teams and geographies.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate scheduling and capacity planning, and develop dashboards to track KPIs. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential to drive efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of experience in operations management and workforce coordination.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with performance metrics to drive operational outcomes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Trello, or Monday) and productivity software (Google Workspace, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource allocation.
• Coordinate workforce management tasks, including scheduling, capacity planning, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with department leads to streamline workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams and departments to promote alignment and unity in operations.
• Identify areas for improvement within operational processes and implement best practices to drive efficiencies.
• Support training and development initiatives to elevate team performance and engagement.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors relevant to operations and workforce strategies.
