Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking an International Operations Trainer to develop and facilitate our corporate training program for global teammates. The role blends live instructor‑led courses with e-learning, ensuring engaging onboarding and ongoing development across products and processes.

The trainer will maintain content, mentor participants, and report outcomes through the LMS, fostering continuous improvement in onboarding and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years International Freight Forwarding experience (Required)
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in CargoWise; CCO Certification or higher preferred
• Strong spoken and written English; Spanish proficiency required for global training environments
• Ability to train and mentor adults in live and virtual settings

Responsibilities

• Facilitate live instructor‑led courses, ~20 hours per week
• Develop and maintain training curriculum, content, and activities
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire training with hiring managers
• Manage LMS trainings and track engagement and outcomes
• Mentor participants and support ongoing development post-training
• Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to improve learning programs
• Maintain relationships across the organization and adhere to policies
