Job summary

Bank of America is launching the Global Operations Accelerated Military Development Program in Charlotte, NC; Jacksonville, FL; and Dallas, TX. The program combines onboarding, classroom instruction, e-learning, and hands-on deal execution exposure.

Veterans will receive on-the-job training, market compensation, mentorship, and networking as they work on client coverage, due diligence, and financial modeling.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required at application time.
• Candidates must have served honorably as a Junior Military Officer, Warrant Officer or NCO in the U.S. Military within the past 5 years and/or currently serving in the Reserves or National Guard required.
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills; numeric and problem-solving orientation.
• Distinguished verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex material clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and interest in working with clients (majority of roles are client facing).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with market data sources.
