Job summary

Bank of America is launching the Global Operations Accelerated Military Development Program 2027 with locations in Charlotte, NC; Jacksonville, FL; and Dallas, TX, starting around July 19, 2027.

The program features onboarding, classroom and e-learning training, mentorship, and cross-functional project exposure across the bank’s operations. It targets veterans for a fast-track into client-facing and analytical roles.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required at time of application.
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills and problem-solving orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present complex material clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of team members and clients with minimal supervision.
• Build relationships and facilitate information flow across products and businesses.
• Conduct industry and product research, and prepare reports and market updates.
• Prepare pitch books, live deal materials, and economic/market analyses.
• Analyze detailed corporate/financial information and perform due diligence.
• Perform financial modeling and valuation work (DCF, merger pro formas, comps).
• Identify new, value-added information sources.
