Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking a self-motivated Manager, Operations to help rollout and manage global projects across US and international markets. You will coordinate with local markets and Mediabrands network teammates, handling systems, tooling, and data processes with a strong emphasis on Excel-driven analysis and automation.

The role requires experience coordinating cross-market initiatives, documenting processes, and driving operational efficiencies while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of planning & investment processes – trafficking, billing, competitive, etc.
• Strong Excel experience
• Process oriented, operationally minded

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with global team and local markets as needed.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure process compliance and proper system usage globally.
• Manage budget/finance reporting, spend/impression reporting, and related deliverables.
• Link analytics, planning and investment teams through data hygiene and QA.
• Document processes, create templates, and identify operational improvements.
• Coordinate education sessions and enterprise-level thought leadership.
• Oversee annual deliverables schedule and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with agency partners to improve ways of working.
• Coordinate day-to-day relationships with clients and external partners.
