Transdev is seeking a Program Performance Manager to own the AV Rider Only program performance, leveraging data, tooling, and cross-functional alignment to drive outcomes. You will ensure CSLs are met, identify trends, and mitigate risks while shaping tooling adoption and scalable operations across multiple lines of business.
Responsibilities include leading KPI-driven analyses, coordinating with stakeholders, and steering Lean/Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and standardization.

The Program Performance Manager serves as the program owner for operational performance, with a focus on driving outcomes through data, tooling, and cross-functional alignment. This role ensures end-to-end accountability for program success, including alignment with contractual service levels (CSLs), identification of performance trends, and proactive risk mitigation. The manager owns the strategy and implementation of tooling that supports Rider Only workflows and performance tracking, working closely with internal stakeholders to define requirements, oversee rollouts, and ensure adoption. Through transparent reporting, KPI-driven insights, and structured execution, this role enables scalable, efficient operations across multiple lines of business.
