Job summary

Celgard, LLC seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead the end-to-end global manufacturing strategy and execution, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality production and continuous improvement across Celgard.

The role oversees 3 plants, division engineering, and quality, reporting to the president with direct reports. It focuses on safety, cost performance, and strategic growth while driving cross-functional collaboration and capital projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, including plant leaders and plant expansions.
• 5+ years of multi-site oversight experience; global experience strongly preferred.
• Strong operational, financial, and strategic planning skills.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to global operation teams and drive culture and accountability on the shop floor.
• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies, including footprint optimization and end-to-end supply from order to cash.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality using Lean Six Sigma.
• Ensure cost control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across production.
• Oversee capital budgets, global projects, and engineering implementations across sites.
• Build and develop site leadership teams and ensure strong EHS compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, marketing, sales and finance.
