Celgard, LLC, a developer of membrane battery separators, seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead the global manufacturing strategy across three plants, ensuring safety, quality and cost effectiveness.

The role reports to the President and focuses on lean transformation, CAPEX governance, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, supply chain, and finance to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, including plant leadership and expansions.
• 5+ years of multi-site oversight experience; global experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; master's degree is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership to global operation teams and drive a results-focused culture.
• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies, footprint optimization and production planning.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, lean or Six Sigma to improve efficiency.
• Integrate cost control, quality assurance and regulatory compliance into processes.
• Lead engineering, process optimization and project execution to meet production goals.
• Build site leadership teams and ensure EHS/regulatory compliance.
• Oversee capital budgets, global projects and engineering implementations.
• Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, marketing, finance.
• Monitor network performance metrics and drive shop-floor productivity.
