Job summary

OPW Clean Energy Solutions (CES) seeks a Senior Director of Operations to lead the manufacturing network, driving disciplined daily management, Lean transformation, and enterprise-level performance. Reporting to the VP/GM, CES, this role ensures safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, applied engineering, business, or related discipline
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience, including multi-site responsibility
• Experience deploying structured operating systems such as Daily Management and Lean transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead the CES operations network using Dover’s Operating Model and drive Daily Management, leader standard work, and tiered accountability
• Establish operating rhythms, performance reviews, and governance mechanisms for rapid escalation and root-cause problem solving
• Drive operational alignment across sites and standardize processes, metrics and management expectations
• Develop capacity planning, footprint strategy, and capital deployment to optimize the manufacturing network
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain to ensure value streams are designed for flow and lifecycle support
