Job summary

fresh is a global skincare brand within the LVMH Group, headquartered in New York City. We seek an Associate Manager, Product Innovation, to lead new launches and reformulations across skincare, lip care, body care and fragrance, coordinating with R&D, Marketing, and Packaging to meet milestones and deliver innovative concepts with sustainability at the core.

You will monitor industry trends, contribute to product profiles, and ensure compliant formulations and compelling storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in cosmetic product development, skincare is a must.
• Experience working day-to-day with R&D to discuss technical details of formulation; personal formulation experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the cosmetic industry, regulatory environment, and product claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of product development projects with R&D to meet key milestones.
• Define testing needs and manage product testing (safety, efficacy, consumer panels).
• Draft Product Profiles with full concept, features, benefits, and key ingredients for Marketing and Creative teams.
• Oversee reformulation in line with strategy and regulations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source new ingredients and manage ingredient database.
• Monitor industry trends, claims, and emerging technologies in beauty.
