Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations or manufacturing finance roles.
• Experience partnering with plant leadership and cost management.
• Strong knowledge of cost structures and budget controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance partner to HAM Operations leadership and plant controllers.
• Lead regular financial performance reviews with site leadership and HAM management.
• Develop insights from plant performance data and identify productivity opportunities.
• Analyze labor, overhead, materials costs to inform decisions and profitability.
• Define, monitor, and enhance plant KPIs, dashboards and reporting.
• Collaborate to support S&OP, capital planning, and asset management.
• Oversee capital investment analysis, asset utilization, and depreciation trends.
• Support post-implementation reviews for capital projects.
• Identify drivers of operational performance and manufacturing costs.
• Partner with Ops, Supply Chain, Procurement, Plant Accounting and FP&A.
• Develop Finance talent and governance across HAM sites.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and analytics.
