Job summary

J.M. Huber Corporation seeks a Finance leader to act as a business partner with plant and financial management in Quincy, FL. This site-based role may be based out of Atlanta HQ with monthly travel to Quincy, FL.

You will lead the accounting function, manage budgeting and forecasting, ensure GAAP compliance, and drive cost controls, reporting, and capital project analysis across assigned divisions. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business admin is required.
• MBA or CPA preferred but not required.
• 5+ years in mining/manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, esp. Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic).

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant accounting and cost accounting functions.
• Manage budgeting, monthly forecasting and financial reporting.
• Lead monthly plant review meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate capital expenditure analysis and fixed assets.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and balance sheet accuracy.
• Support year-end audits and internal controls.
• Travel domestically up to 30% as required.
