Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities-related field with 3–5 years in facilities management.
• High school diploma with 8+ years in maintenance coordination or related role and 3–5 years of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage maintenance plans for all facilities equipment and spaces.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and risk assessments during activities.
• Prioritize and track work orders; coordinate with departments.
