Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, with 3-5 years in an Operations Controller or equivalent role within a global manufacturing environment.
• Business partnership and the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor plant finance teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX management.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports focusing on key metrics.
• Ensure robust internal controls and alignment with corporate policies.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounting, and Finance to align policies; support global travel and time-zone needs.
