Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Manufacturing Finance, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Proven ability to partner with cross‑functional teams and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the annual operating plan and long-range strategic planning.
• Analyze financial and operational performance and identify key trends.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages and KPI dashboards.
