Galvion LTD seeks a Senior Vice President, Global Operations to lead manufacturing, QA, supply chain, and production planning across Canada, the U.S., UK, and Poland. You will drive strategic initiatives, establish global KPIs, and guide cross-functional teams toward operational excellence in a highly regulated defense environment.

You will report to the Founder & CEO and partner with executive leadership to shape growth, optimize profitability, and ensure risk management and business continuity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a strong asset.
• Minimum of 18 years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience, including at least 8 years in a senior executive role.
• Experience within defence, aerospace, precision manufacturing, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site, multi-country manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, capital planning, and operational cost management.
• Executive leadership within growth-oriented, global manufacturing organizations.
• Strategic and systems thinker.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a global operations strategy aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth.
• Establish enterprise-wide priorities and KPIs across sites.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and employee engagement.
• Lead large-scale organizational change to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Build and lead a multi-site leadership team with coaching and succession planning.
• Provide executive leadership for manufacturing operations across global footprint.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production meeting commitments.
• Drive capacity optimization, scheduling, and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain global quality management and regulatory compliance.
• Lead global procurement, inventory management, and production planning.
• Oversee ERP strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop budgets and monitor performance across productivity, quality, inventory, cost, and delivery.
