Qualifications

• Experience in beverage manufacturing.
• 15+ years of operations experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-regional operations and mergers & acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development and execution of the business vision and strategy. Influence the SLT to ensure Health & Safety is integrated into decision making.
• Provide direct leadership of Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions aligned with the company mission, sustainability commitments, and values.
• Drive and implement best-in-class manufacturing practices to optimize engagement, productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead Health, Safety, and Environmental strategy, driving continuous improvements and safe working environments.
• Develop and mentor direct reports in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
