Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Global Implementation and Solution Design Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding of global accounts, standardize processes, and drive operational excellence across regions. The role requires collaboration with sales, IT, operations, and accounts teams to design scalable solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have 5+ years in logistics with a focus on solution design and implementation, plus experience with CargoWise, SAP, and EDI/API

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field such as supply chain, logistics, or business administration.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management with design/implementation focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of global customer accounts from sales to operations.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans with timelines, milestones, and risk strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met before go-live.
• Establish KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as primary contact for customers during implementation and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide pre-sales support with RFP responses and solution presentations.
• Maintain strong relationships with global customers for long-term partnerships.
