Job summary

Momentive is seeking a Summer 2027 Global Business Operations Partner Intern to drive operational excellence across manufacturing operations. You will work with data analytics, Lean Six Sigma methods, and continuous improvement tools to identify opportunities for process optimization and business impact.

You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Technical teams to transform data into insights, support improvement projects, and help solve real manufacturing challenges.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Support Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and quality.
• Collect, analyze, and visualize data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assess operational performance and translate findings into improvement projects.
• Support quality improvement efforts to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead or assist in project execution from charter to implementation with measurable benefits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
