Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic statistics and quantitative analysis understanding.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency and quality.
• Apply structured problem solving to identify root causes of inefficiencies.
• Assist development and execution of improvement projects with measurable results.
• Translate business needs into actionable improvement opportunities.
• Support tracking of KPIs and validation of outcomes.
• Complete training to achieve Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification.
• Collect and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations for stakeholders.
• Present insights and recommendations to site leadership and the global Quality organization.
