Job summary

Momentive invites a Summer 2027 Strategic Project Intern – Continuous Improvement to support operational excellence across the site. You will analyze data, map processes, and help implement Lean/Six Sigma solutions with AI and Copilot to boost efficiency and quality.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, develop dashboards, track metrics, and present results to site leadership. Eligible candidates are pursuing STEM degrees and show a drive to learn and improve.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a STEM degree with strong analytical abilities.
• Able to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform decisions.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams for reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a manufacturing context.
• Curious about new technologies and continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives across the site.
• Analyze data, develop reports, dashboards, and visuals for decision making.
• Map processes, identify waste, and implement standard work.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, and digital transformation efforts.
• Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
