Job summary

Momentive is seeking a Summer 2027 Global Business Operations Partner Intern to drive operational excellence across manufacturing, with hands-on data analytics and Lean Six Sigma projects. You will work with Operations, Quality, and Technical teams to transform data into actionable insights and support measurable improvements.

You’ll gain exposure to OEM models, MOS/MES systems, and continuous improvement tools while developing project leadership skills and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in undergrad or grad degree and available for 40 h/week in May–Aug 2027.
• Basics of statistics and quantitative analysis with strong problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Office apps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects.
• Collect, analyze, and visualize data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders and track outcomes.
• Support operational excellence initiatives and MOS/MES related work.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering teams.
