Job summary

Momentive is offering a Summer 2027 Strategic Project Intern - Continuous Improvement role to help drive operational excellence across the site. You will analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement solutions that create measurable business value with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices.

Throughout the internship you will gain hands-on experience in process mapping, digital transformation initiatives, and exploring AI and Copilot applications to enhance workflows

Qualifications

Active enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate STEM program.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decisions.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence projects.
Analyze data, identify opportunities, and track business impact.
Develop reports and dashboards to support decision making.
Support digital transformation and process documentation efforts.
Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and improvement workshops.
Lead elements of projects from concept to implementation when opportunities arise.
