Roquette seeks an Operational Excellence Leader to deploy and govern E2E World Class Operations standards across global sites, requiring extensive travel. You will drive KPI governance, site maturity assessments, and capability building while coaching teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

The role emphasizes strategic roadmap deployment, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to meet SQCDPE objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and improvement of E2E World Class Operations standards and KPIs across Roquette sites.
• Define and drive the global deployment roadmap for operational excellence standards.
• Assess site maturity and implement corrective action plans.
• Develop site capabilities through coaching, training, and on‑site support.
• Drive performance management systems, site master plans and KPI governance.
