Job summary

EQI Ltd. is seeking a Global Operational Excellence Manager to lead a culture of sustainable change using lean and quality methodologies. You will report to the SVP of Operations and drive an enterprise-wide improvement agenda across global locations.

Key responsibilities include developing an EQI Business System, guiding Lean transformations, and leading training initiatives to elevate safety, quality, and productivity. International travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or business.
• 7+ years in manufacturing.
• Proficient in lean tools (5S, Kanban, SMED, TPM, Daily Management).
• Hands-on problem solver with strong root-cause discipline.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF quality systems.
• Knowledge of metal casting processes and GD&T.
• Strong communication and leadership across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence roadmap across functions.
• Drive Lean transformation events (SQDIP).
• Develop EQI Business System across locations.
• Create training modules like Kaizen, 5S, A3.
• Monitor KPIs and cost-saving opportunities.
• Interface with customers and suppliers for best practices.
• Oversee Quality Management System compliance.
• Lead GEMBA walks and IDEA program.
