Roquette Group is seeking an Operational Excellence Leader in Geneva, IL to drive deployment of World Class Operations standards globally. The role requires coaching, training, and leading cross-functional teams with significant travel.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in Operational Excellence or related fields, a Bachelor's in engineering, and preferably a Master's and Lean Six Sigma certification. This role emphasizes KPI governance and continuous improvement across sites.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in Operational Excellence/Lean/CI/Industrial Operations
• Experience in production/maintenance/quality/manufacturing environments
• Multi-site transformation and deployment experience
• International travel >50% willingness

Responsibilities

• Lead management and continuous improvement of E2E World Class Operations standards, processes, routines, and KPIs across Roquette sites.
• Define and drive the global deployment roadmap for operational excellence standards and priorities.
• Assess site maturity and ensure compliance with E2E WCO standards; implement corrective actions.
• Develop site capabilities through coaching, training, and on-site support.
• Drive performance management systems, including site master plans and KPI governance.
• Provide Lean and Six Sigma training and coaching.
• Support multi-site transformation initiatives and best-practice sharing.
• Facilitate the global Operational Excellence community across Americas, Europe, and Asia.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to sustain improvements.
• Monitor progress against SQCDPE objectives and promote continuous improvement.
