Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Site Manager to lead onsite technical teams delivering complex live experiences globally. You will coordinate scheduling, manage client and contractor activities, ensure safety and quality, and drive project milestones to protect margins.

The role requires international travel, long onsite periods at shipyards/construction sites, and relocation to Vietnam for an anticipated two-year assignment. Strong leadership and TAIT systems knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large scale project installations.
• Demonstrated communication and leadership skills with multi-lingual and multi-national teams.
• Strong understanding of automation hardware, software, and TAIT systems.
• Familiarity with ship build/general construction project processes.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work extended periods onsite on shipyards and construction sites.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Vietnam and work onsite with Sun Group for an anticipated two-year assignment.
• Adaptable to shifting schedules, priorities, and cultural differences.
• Right to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of onsite scheduling, ensuring milestones are met and resources are deployed in alignment with budget constraints.
• Coordinate the transition from installation to operational handover, ensuring documentation, training, and client handholding is completed.
• Maintain successful onsite project operations and efficient procedures to provide top-of-class service.
• Lead daily stand ups, toolbox talks, and wrap up meetings to align team on status and direction.
• Serve as primary onsite liaison with clients, subcontractors, vendors, local authorities, and site owners.
• Ensure all subcontractors and vendors meet contractual, quality, and safety obligations.
• Create a unified, productive, high-performance work environment.
• Manage local accommodations and logistics per budget and local laws.
