TAIT is seeking a Senior TAIT Crew member to lead both people and projects on touring projects. You will delegate work, train staff, and ensure readiness for every tour. The role balances people responsibilities with hands-on project success on the road.

You will provide strong technical leadership, collaborate with clients, and ensure safety and compliance across all touring activities. The position is based in-office with heavy travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years in a technical role within the Entertainment Industry.
• 2+ years touring experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Advanced understanding of Entertainment Industry terms and expectations.
• Able and willing to be based in office environment full time.

Responsabilités

• Assist Manager, TAIT Crew with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding all TAIT Crew employees.
• Manage assigned TAIT Crew employees, including check-ins and post-tour reviews.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support career advancement.
• Resolve personnel issues and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with Resource Management to ensure staffing for projects.
