Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Support Manager to lead client support across diverse venues. You will coordinate site visits, part logistics, and service agreements while partnering with product and project teams to tailor solutions for each client.

The role emphasizes strong relationship management, proactive problem-solving, and adherence to safety and quality policies within a global service organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; degrees preferred.
• 5+ years in customer support or management role, entertainment preferred.
• Experience planning projects with tight schedules and logistics.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM/ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships and advocate for clients.
• Provide feedback on product quality and features.
• Follow TAIT QHSE and global Service & Support policies.
• Manage client expectations: scope, schedule, and contracts.
• Ensure tickets stay within agreed service levels.
• Coordinate site visits, part repairs, and replacements.
• Collaborate with technical integration and project teams.
• Schedule resources with resource management teams.
• Identify, source, and supply spare parts as needed.
• Visit sites to maintain and develop client relationships.
• Improve operations and streamline processes with teams.
