Job summary

LINC Education is seeking an experienced online educator (LINC Fellow) to join as an independent contractor, delivering Masters‑level project management instruction for international cohorts across Australia and Asia.

Role emphasizes PM principles, Agile/traditional methods, and ethical decision‑making. You will mentor students, lead sessions, and provide comprehensive feedback using LMS tools and LINCtrac.

Qualifications

• Masters/Doctoral qualifications in business or related field with PM background.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or CSM certifications preferred.
• At least 5 years corporate experience and 3+ years teaching in relevant fields.
• Empathetic, ambitious, and able to work with diverse cultures.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Must have a working laptop and high-speed internet access.
• Ability to learn and use LMS host university platforms and LINCtrac.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter guidance to groups of 30–35 online students.
• Support learning skills like academic writing, research, and time management.
• Guide students to relevant reference material.
• Conduct 2-hour sessions on Mondays/Tuesdays.
• Assess and provide long-form feedback on assignments.
• Moderate and participate in discussion forums.
• Offer proactive, timely support to student queries.
