Job summary

LINC Education invites an experienced online educator (LINC Fellow) to join as an independent contractor serving a diverse international student body for Masters-level programs linked with premier Australian and Asian universities.

You will develop integrated marketing communication campaigns, guide students in planning and executing campaigns, and promote ethical and sustainable marketing practices in collaborative settings.

Qualifications

• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India.
• At least 5 years of corporate and/or teaching experience in marketing communications at a leading university or college.
• Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality to work with diverse cultures.
• Proficient in English language; excellent oral and written communication.
• Must possess a working laptop and access to stable internet (>10 Mbps).
• Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms including LMS and LINCtrac.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter guidance to a group of 25-30 online students.
• Support in planning and implementing integrated marketing communication campaigns for students.
• Provide 1:1 or small group tutoring as needed.
• Guide on ethical and sustainable marketing practices in campaigns.
• Assess student work with long-form feedback.
• Manage discussion forums and timely student queries.
