Job summary

LINC Education is seeking an experienced online educator (LINC Fellow) to serve a diverse international student body for Masters-level programs studying at premier Australian and Asian universities. The role is as an independent contractor of LINC and supports students in analyzing ethical dilemmas and applying ethical frameworks to develop responsible and sustainable business leadership.

The candidate must be available between 12 pm to 6 pm every day, hold a PG/Doctoral degree with distinction

Qualifications

• PG or Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a top Indian university.
• Minimum 5 years corporate or teaching experience in relevant fields at a leading university or college.
• Empathetic, ambitious and culturally adept; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter guidance to 25-30 undergraduate online students.
• Support learning skills such as academic writing, research and time management.
• Conduct 1:1 doubt-resolution sessions and assess drafts with detailed feedback.
• Guide on relevant reference material and participate in discussion forums.
• Promptly engage with students via email or online sessions from convenient locations.
