LINC Education is seeking an experienced online educator (LINC Fellow) to join as an independent contractor, delivering Masters‑level project management instruction for international cohorts across Australia and Asia.

Role emphasizes PM principles, Agile/traditional methods, and ethical decision‑making. You will mentor students, lead sessions, and provide comprehensive feedback using LMS tools and LINCtrac.

Qualifications

• Masters/Doctoral qualifications in business or related field with PM background.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or CSM certifications preferred.
• At least 5 years corporate experience and 3+ years teaching in relevant fields.
• Empathetic, ambitious, and able to work with diverse cultures.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Must have a working laptop and high-speed internet access.
• Ability to learn and use LMS host university platforms and LINCtrac.

Responsabilités

• Provide subject matter guidance to groups of 30–35 online students.

• Conduct 2-hour sessions on Mondays/Tuesdays.

As an experienced online educator (LINC Fellow), the candidate will work as an independent contractor of LINC and serve a diverse international student body for Masters-level programs studying at premier Australian and Asian universities. Candidate must possess strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and industry best practices, including Agile, traditional approaches, PMBOK, and PRINCE2 frameworks. They should be able to support students in project planning, prioritisation, and execution using relevant project management tools and techniques, while promoting ethical practice and effective decision-making in diverse project environments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Masters or Doctoral Qualifications in Business Administration, Management and/or related field with a background in Project Management. PMP, PRINCE2 or CSM certified professionals preferred;
• At least 5 years of corporate experience and 3+ years of teaching experience in the relevant fields is a MUST (Note: Experience and knowledge in Business Analytics required);
• Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures;
• Proficient in English language; excellent oral and written communication
• Must possess a working laptop and have access to high-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet connection;
• Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with students, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac (training on these platforms will be provided).

The candidate must be available Monday/Tuesday for online sessions between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM (IST), and they are required to be available to answer student queries via email within 6 hours after lectures throughout the week.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conducting a 2-hour session on Monday/Tueseday
• Assessment marking with long-form feedback
• Management of discussion forums;
• Proactive, prompt and personalised support to student queries and issues.

LINC Fellows will be expected to promptly interact with students over email, or calls / online sessions from locations of their convenience (e.g. home, office, etc.).
