Job summary

LINC Education seeks an experienced online educator (LINC Fellow) to teach Masters-level programs as an independent contractor serving a diverse international student body studying at partner universities in Australia and Asia.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of technological change and innovation management, can analyse emerging technologies' impact, and supports students in applying agile project management to technology-driven solutions in dynamic global markets.

Qualifications

• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a top Indian university.
• At least 5 years of corporate and/or teaching experience at a leading university or college.
• Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing, with cross-cultural collaboration.
• Proficient in English with excellent oral and written communication.
• Must have a laptop and high-speed internet (>10 Mbps).
• Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with students.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter guidance to 25-30 undergraduate online students.
• Support learning skills like academic writing, research, and time management.
• Conduct 1:1 sessions for doubt resolution, academic guidance and assessment draft reviews.
• Guidance on relevant reference material.
• Assessment marking with long-form feedback.
• Management of discussion forums.
• Proactive, prompt and personalised support to student queries and issues.
