Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Project Manager to support the INTL Oncology Marketing organization. This role coordinates meetings, prepares minutes, and communicates with cross-functional INBT members to meet critical milestones.

You will lead the organization of brand and franchise events, manage calendars aligned with the Global Brand cycle, and track KPIs while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for Multiple Myeloma INBT.
• Collaborate with directors to plan and execute goals and deliverables.
• Plan cross-functional communications, meetings and events.
• Manage INBT calendar and align with Global Brand cycle milestones.
• Monitor performance and provide KPI reports.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications.
