Qualifikationen

• MD or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (oncology/hematology)
• 15+ years in pharma/biotech with oncology focus
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical development, regulatory and commercialization of oncology therapies
• Proven leadership in medical affairs with cross-functional leadership and senior executive interaction
• Strong scientific knowledge of solid tumor biology, trial design, biomarkers and emerging modalities
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with clinical development, regulatory and commercial functions
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex scientific information to diverse stakeholders

Aufgaben

• Lead global pipeline medical affairs strategy and develop differentiation across lifecycle
• Shape value and evidence strategy; initiate plan leveraging payors, patients and physicians insights
• Direct pipeline execution team and ensure strategy translates to Enterprise Research MSLs
• Coordinate with International TAs and Development to align on strategy
• Represent TA in pipeline governance and interface with Operations and Medical Engagement teams
• Oversee pipeline resources and ensure smooth handover to launch teams
• Lead Integrated Evidence Planning and cross-functional gap assessment
• Define enterprise research MSL strategy in US and affiliates; shape tactical plans
• Coordinate with US Medical Engagement to drive execution and KPI tracking
