Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a senior leader to shape global medical affairs strategy, focusing on oncology and immuno-oncology. You will drive evidence planning, differentiation, and governance across US and international markets, coordinating with cross-functional partners to align pipeline and brand strategies.

You will oversee MSL activities, engage with payors and clinicians, and contribute to enterprise research plans while supporting launch readiness and long-term value realization.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with advanced cancer treatment modalities such as CAR-T therapies and immuno-oncology.
• Strong publication and scientific communication track record in oncohematology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee medical, value and evidence strategy development across disease areas for US and International markets.
• Drive differentiation of medical strategies using insights from US and international markets.
• Coordinate across TAs to align pipeline strategies into a cohesive AbbVie strategy.
• Incorporate HCP, Patient and Payor insights into development programs to accelerate clinical and commercialization plans.
• Co-create brand strategy and ensure market insights are reflected in it.
• Represent medical affairs in governance and act as liaison for commercial and development teams.
