Job summary

You will oversee site networks and external partnerships, including CROs, to advance the OED portfolio with speed, quality, and efficiency.

The role reports to a director level and may have 1–2 direct reports. Strong program management, PMP/Lean Six Sigma experience, and international collaboration are essential in this senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent.
• 8+ years in pharma with roles in drug development, operations, PM.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and global programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global, cross-functional strategic initiatives and innovation projects for OED.
• Drive pilot-to-scale efforts with innovation partners and KPIs.
• Develop project plans, risk and contingency plans, and performance metrics.
