Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a strategic leader to own the scientific learning agenda for Oncology across WW/International Markets. You will define what FM/HOM teams need to know, build multi-year plans, and establish governance to enable high-impact scientific exchange.

You will translate medical objectives into learning strategies, partnering with Medical Affairs, Commercialisation Learning, Medical Excellence, and Enablement teams to ensure alignment and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required: MD, DO, PharmD, DNP, PhD, or MSN strongly preferred.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/relevant industry experience in field MSL or similar roles.
• Proven ability to set direction and influence senior stakeholders across global organisations.
• Strong executive presence and public presentation skills.
• Demonstrated strategic planning, prioritisation, and portfolio-management skills.
• Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and scalable learning solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year scientific learning strategy for WW/International Markets oncology.
• Set framework for launch readiness with milestones and governance.
• Architect learning approaches for scientific data education at major congresses.
• Build and govern strategic partnerships across global teams and functions.
• Champion innovation and AI in scientific education and new modalities.
• Define onboarding and continuous learning journeys for international teams.
• Measure learning effectiveness using needs assessments and feedback.
• Partner with HOM/FM leadership to governance training cadence.
• Collaborate with Medical Enablement teams for deployment of resources.
• Direct resourcing and vendor strategy for therapeutic area priorities.
