Qualifications

• Advanced degree and clinical/pharma background preferred.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech or related field roles.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across matrixed organisations.
• Demonstrated strategic planning, prioritisation, and portfolio-management skills.
• Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and scalable learning solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-directed with high accountability and travel readiness (up to 10%).

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year scientific learning strategy for WW/IM neurology translating medical and commercial priorities into a coherent roadmap.
• Set launch readiness standards, milestones, and governance for FM and HOM teams globally.
• Architect learning approaches for scientific data education at major medical congresses and post-congress contexts.
• Build and govern a strategic partnership model across WW Medical Affairs and International Markets teams.
• Champion AI and innovative learning modalities to raise capability across WW Medical Learning.
• Define onboarding and continuous learning journeys for international FM/HOM teams and ensure content reuse.
• Measure learning effectiveness via needs assessments and stakeholder feedback; advise leadership accordingly.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior HOM and FM leadership to manage governance and cadence.
