• Experience translating medical priorities into learning strategies.
• Ability to build multi-year plans and governance models.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year scientific learning strategy for WW/International Markets cardiovascular.
• Set the strategic framework for launch readiness, defining standards and governance for FM and HOM teams.
• Architect learning approaches for scientific data education at major medical congresses and post-congress context.
• Build and govern partnership models across WW Medical Affairs and enablement teams; align content with priorities.
• Champion innovation and AI in scientific education to raise the learning bar across markets.
