Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a strategic leader to own the WW/International Markets Medical Learning agenda for cardiovascular. You will define multi-year plans, governance, and partnerships to enable Field Medical and HOM teams worldwide to deliver high-impact scientific exchange.

The Associate Director translates medical priorities into education strategies, guiding onboarding and continuous learning while collaborating with Medical Affairs and enablement groups.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required: MD, DO, PharmD, DNP, PhD, or MSN strongly preferred.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/relevant industry experience as a field MSL or similar position preferred.
• Proven ability to set direction and influence senior stakeholders across matrixed, global organisations.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year scientific learning strategy for WW/International Markets cardiovascular.
• Define standards, milestones, and governance for FM/HOM capability globally.
• Build and govern strategic partnerships across Medical Affairs and enablement teams.
• Define onboarding and continuous learning journeys for international teams; enable reuse of content.
