Incyte seeks a Director of Global Forecasting & Market Research to lead patient-based forecasts and market insights guiding oncology investment and launches. You will coordinate with Global Product Strategy, Clinical Development, Commercial, Finance and BD, turning complex data into actionable scenarios and recommendations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in biopharmaceutical forecasting or related analytics.
• Hands-on experience building patient-based forecast models, including patient flow and sequencing logic.
• Deep knowledge of forecasting methodology, epidemiology, prescription and claims data.
• Executive presence with ability to communicate risks and influence decisions.
• Experience commissioning and interpreting primary market research and translating findings into forecast inputs and scenarios.
• Strong Excel modeling skills; comfortable with emerging AI tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global patient-based forecast development by region for oncology assets.
• Build transparent models integrating epidemiology, patient flow, sequencing, pricing and access.
• Run scenario analyses to support portfolio prioritization and long-range planning.
• Present forecasts and recommendations to senior leaders to inform decisions.
