Incyte Corporation in Wilmington, Delaware seeks a Director, Global Forecasting & Market Research to lead the development of patient-based forecasts and market insights for an oncology portfolio.

You will collaborate with Global Product Strategy, Clinical Development, Commercial, Finance and Business Development to translate epidemiology, claims data and market research into forecast scenarios and strategic recommendations, building transparent models and guiding portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 8+ years in biopharmaceutical forecasting, commercial insights, strategy or related analytics, including oncology/hematology.
• Hands-on experience building patient-based forecast models with patient flow and line-of-therapy logic.
• Executive-level communication, risk articulation and strategic influence; experience with primary market research.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and comfort with emerging AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead global patient-based forecasts by region for oncology assets and integrate diverse data sources.
• Design and oversee primary market research with external vendors and translate findings into forecast inputs.
• Identify and pilot AI/automation approaches to improve forecast speed and insight quality.
