EMD Serono, Inc. is seeking a Medical Director within the Global Medical Unit to lead evidence generation strategy for a high-priority oncology asset.

You will define and execute plans, partner with strategy leads, and translate insights into actionable evidence to support asset strategy and medical decision-making. The role requires a medical degree, extensive oncology experience, and ability to collaborate across global teams and external experts.

Qualifications

• Medical degree required.
• 5+ years in Medical Affairs or clinical development in global oncology roles.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in medical affairs, clinical development, R&D, or evidence generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the integrated evidence generation strategy for the oncology asset.
• Identify and prioritize evidence gaps and translate them into a differentiated plan.
• Develop evidence generation concepts from study design to execution with scientific rigor.
